This tray was designed particularly for people who dry meats and other food in which a through cleaning and disinfecting of the trays are needed. These stainless steel trays will stand up to high tempratures and heavy cleaning. They can be placed into the dishwasher or steam cleaned and are made from the same high grade stainless steel used in Excalibur commercial dehydrators.

The tray is constructed with 100% 304 stainless steel square mesh so no polyscreens are needed. Simply remove the original black plastic trays from your dehydrator and start using these stainless steel ones instead!
